This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the « Policy ») is intended to explain to you how the personal data collected on this website (hereinafter the « Site ») are used by Eclor Group responsible for processing. This policy may have to evolve according to the applicable legal and regulatory context or the evolution of Eclor Group's activities, including the products and services offered.

The term « Personal data » means, within the framework of this Policy, any information about you that allows you to identify yourself directly or indirectly as a natural person.

1. Why Group Eclor collects your data?

1.1 Connection and identification data

Creation and management of the personal account

Personal data collected in the form are stored in a computerized file. They allow you to connect to the website. The data entered on the contact form is necessary to manage your request. The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures and/or the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

The data collected will be communicated to the relevant service(s) within Eclor Enterprises SASU. They may be shared with providers and/or subcontractors in charge of the customer base as well as with third parties when required by law or in case of control if necessary.

They are kept for the duration of the business relationship, until your account is deleted. The deletion will occur at your request or after a 2 year inactivity period following the last purchase on the site or the last interaction.

Secure website

We may have to keep the computer traces of your visit to our Site in order to prevent and detect security incidents, to secure your personal data as well as our information systems. The legal basis for these treatments is the legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Log logs are kept for 6 months from the date of the activity.

1.2 Exercise of your rights

Personal data collected in the form are stored in a computerized file. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR). Data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your application cannot be processed.

The personal data collected will be communicated to the department responsible for processing your request, depending on the purpose of the request. They may be shared with providers and/or subcontractors (manager of the client database), as well as with third parties when required by law or in case of control if necessary.

They are retained during the calendar year of the application plus five years.

2. Details of recipients and shelf life

2.1 Public and judicial authorities

Personal data may be processed as part of the management of requests from public or judicial authorities or as part of communications with any authority. The legal basis for these treatments is the legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

The data collected will be communicated, within the company Eclor Entreprises SASU or the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the support services of the AGRIAL Group including the Legal Directorate, and may be shared with advice, providers and/or subcontractors.

They shall be kept for the duration of the proceedings before the authority concerned.

2.2 Clarification of shelf-life

At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above treatments, your personal data will either be deleted or anonymized. Your personal data may, however, be kept longer in archives « Intermediate » under legal obligations, in the light of the applicable statutory limitation periods or for the protection of the rights of Eclor Entreprises SASU, until the remedies are exhausted; they will then be deleted or anonymized.

3. Your rights to your data

You can access, correct, request erasure or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data. In the event that the use of your data has required your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. In some cases, you can also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to the portability of your data.
