Ecusson
After developing a limited edition organic cuvée in 2019 to celebrate the centenary of its cider factory, Ecuson accelerates its turn and passes the entire range of ciders in Organic Agriculture by 2022, thus responding to the demand and dietary behavior of French.
Through its new range of ciders, Ecuson highlights all the work of apple growers. United as an agricultural cooperative, they are committed through the Eco-Responsible Ecoson Trust for a more sustainable agriculture that respects the environment, people and biodiversity.
For 62 of them, the commitments go even further with the conversion of their orchards to organic farming, a long process (3 years of conversion), which requires patience and perseverance. 62 women and men making tomorrow's cider.

La Mordue

More than 80 recipes were tested to achieve a new manufacturing process : a short and directed fermentation where all the apple sugar is converted into alcohol.
